Freshly cut produce is typically dipped in an NatureFresco solution (1oz / 30g of NatureFresco per kg / 2 lb of produce). Delicate fruit such as bananas, avocados, or mangos, can be treated using a spray solution, to avoid damage or bruising. In addition, in certain applications, NatureFresco can be used as a dry ingredient (i.e. guacamole), where it is mixed directly into the food. You must start with high quality produce in order to yield quality cut fruit.
